GRACE IS NOT JUST A WINE.
It is part of a much broader and more ambitious project in which we want to outline the best possible option to combine with the Botticino DOC - the most historic name in Brescia that now has only about thirty hectares of cultivated land. This territory is definitely suited to viticulture because the vine needs very few human interventions and plants, more than seventy years old, I am a witness to this. A calcareous base surmounted by clay is the natural bed where plants have thrived for decades and from which today this wine is born. The name Grace takes its inspiration from the famous Grand Central in Manhattan, partly made with Botticino marble.
